Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a brief run earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned with an encore available through early December. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by ProFantasy Software over the years, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.
The Main Attraction
The big draw is certainly a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard mapping application that can be used to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.
A regional fantasy map created using the CC3+ software platform.
Package Levels

Mid-Range Option
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Users can also create character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief. Package customization options is toward the top of the page, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. There's also an donation allocation menu just below that, allowing you to adjust how much of your donation allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
